Key Responsibilities:

Perform and oversee general landscape maintenance: mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and planting

Maintain garden beds, plants, and turf

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control treatments as needed
-
Use tools and machinery safely and efficiently
-
Communicate with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service
-
Schedule and manage daily tasks using software technology
-
Ensure the health and appearance of garden beds, plants, and lawns
-
Monitor and maintain irrigation systems

Train and mentor junior team members
-
Liaise with clients to assess and resolve their garden and lawn care needs
Skills & Attributes:
-
Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work
-
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
-
Tech-savvy and able to use software for task management and scheduling
-
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Great communication and time-management abilities
Qualifications & Experience:
-
A valid driver’s license is required
-
Proven experience in landscape maintenance, with leadership experience preferred
-
Qualifications in horticulture or turf management are an advantage but not essential
